Exeter Student Nightline operates under a Zero Tolerance approach to protect our volunteers and other service users from any form of abusive, inappropriate or manipulative language, or behaviour. 

 

As outlined in our Privacy Notice/Confidentiality Policy, we may pass details about abusive calls received to other parties or to the police.
