We do everything we can to make every single interaction with Nightline a beneficial one. However, if that is not the case we recognise changes must be made. If you have feedback or a complaint please fill in the form below.
We hope that your contact with Exeter Student Nightline is beneficial. We would like to inform you that Exeter Nightline has a zero tolerance policy to protect our volunteers and other service users from any form of abusive, inappropriate or manipulative language or behaviour. By engaging with any part of our service, you are agreeing to these terms and we reserve the right to end any calls or contact in breach of this policy. If you do wish to make a formal complaint about a call or our service in general, we have a complaints procedure available to consult on our website or on the Exeter Students’ Guild website.
